Honda CR-Z at SEMA

Honda released 12 new CR-Z models at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Each CR-Z showcases a different kind of driving style and here is some detail into a few of the hopped up CR-Z's.

- The CR-Z MUGEN features an aggressive body kit, a revised grille, a rear wing, and 17-inch aluminum wheels. Inside, the cabin boasts an aluminum shift knob and a unique serial-number plaque. Production will be limited to 300 units and sales are scheduled to begin next spring.
- To amp up the CR-Z Racer, Honda engineers upgraded the IMA hybrid system and equipped the 1.5-liter petrol engine with a turbocharger. Thanks to these tweaks, output climbs to an estimated 200 hporsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque.
- The Bisimoto Engineering CR-Z also boasts a turbocharger as well as a six-point roll cage, a coil-over suspension, and 18-inch wheels with Falken tires.
- Eibach Springs decided to equip their CR-Z with a K&N intake and a Magna flow exhaust. Other goodies include a C-West body kit, 17-inch Work Emotion wheels, and Sparco seats.
