I have been going to Diamond Honda for 2 years now and I am very pleased with their services.  The staff is very tentative to every question or concern I have. I am always greeted right away and directed somewhere.  If I have to wait for my car at the dealership, service representatives make sure to stop by and let me know about the progress of my cars services. When I bought new windshield wiper blades, they came out to my car and changed them for me at no charge.

I had my friend drop me off the Mall across the freeway for some shopping, after I left my vehicle at Diamond Honda, everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and most important is honest about what I needed to have done on my vehicle. They immediately gave me their coupon price even though I did not have a coupon with me.  My car was taken care of w/ a car wash & was pick up on time.  I know sometime it's hard to have everything schedule but not getting everything done, but they did this time.

I bought my car from Diamond and had a good experience, but was hesitant to go back for service (dealership is always more). Called and they were very nice so I figured what the heck, well when I got there the friendliness continued and no pressure. Waited and in time my car was done and WASHED without me having to ask. I discovered Diamond Honda about a month ago. I was checking on the phone for a brake caliper part which I needed ASAP. The 2 dealers closest to my house, approx. 5 miles each, did not have it in stock. Diamond Honda did. They are approx. 10 miles from my house. I was very pleasantly surprised by the genuine good attitude of all the employees I encountered, and believe me I know the difference, especially for the relatively "small potatoes" piece of business I had given them. I received expert advice from a technician who I am going to request as the only one to work on my Odyssey. I am a retired certified mechanic myself so once again: I CAN tell the difference.I am so impressed so far, that I will travel the extra distance and go there for all my Honda needs.

After a long and frustrating search for a 2011 Honda Odyssey that involved many questionable dealership  and sales person tactics we ended up at Diamond Honda working  with Jerry Ng.  From the first phone call to the completion of a sale last night the process was smooth, professional,  and free of pressure!  What had begun weeks ago as a very unpleasant and stressful experience ended very positively.  Jerry deserves 5 stars plus.  If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism when you purchase an auto see Jerry.  It will be well worth the drive.

My Service Advisor was Bert Ruelas and he was extremely helpful. I have been to Whittier Honda, Downey Honda and Azusa Honda and have to say that your dealership has been the best one so far. I left there with my oil changed and tire rotation and my car was even washed. I will definitely be back.
