Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. In relation to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Dealer eProcess’ website platform, which is used to host and manage, is considered substantially conformant the website accessibility requirements, and continues to follow best practices to provide equal access for all users, abiding by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA standards. Dealer eProcess also performs website platform audits (at minimum) once per year.

Additional Accessibility Considerations

Although our goal is to adhere to WCAG 2.0 level AA conformance, content changes frequently, which can have unknown effects on conformance. When identified, Diamond Honda corrects those instances immediately. Webpages and site content are dynamic and as such, full conformance, while our goal, sometimes gets temporarily affected.

Integrated 3rd Party Services: When integrating with 3rd party web vendors, services or products, there may be accessibility compliance issues related to those integrations. This may impact whether the site, taken as a whole, is substantially compliant with the ADA. When identified, we contact the 3rd party to make them aware.
