NOW HIRING: Internet Sales Consultants

Internet Sales Team is growing.  If you are an excellent communicator and value hard work, honesty and integrity, this could be an excellent fit for you. Ideal candidates are excellent listeners and can lead internet customers through the sale process smoothly including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing and paperwork. Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool tracks all customer interactions to make this process simple.

 SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our growing Service Department has immediate employment opportunities available for the following positions. Candidates must have a proven track record of teamwork and excellent customer service skills. 

NOW HIRING: Service Porters

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary

- Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles

- Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.

- Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary

- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed

- Makes key tags for vehicles

- Performs other duties as assigned

- Must have  valid Driver's License, pass drug test and be able to lift at least 50 lbs

NOW HIRING: Service and Lube Technicians

Lube Technicians service vehicles as assigned by management and follow all established procedures and standards, including but not limited to includ injecting grease into units, inspecting fluid levels, checking air pressure in tires, lubricating parts, changing filters, rotating tires, etc. This person must be fast yet detail-oriented, following all safety policies and procedures at all times, properly using personal protective equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some training/experience in automotive repair and maintenance, ability to sit or stand for long periods, ability to lift 50 pounds, a clean driving record and an unrestricted driver's license. He or she must be able to work productively within a fast-paced team environment and must have physical dexterity and stamina, a positive attitude, a professional appearance, and great communication skills.  deliver world class customer service.

NOW HIRING: Service Advisors

We are currently looking for personable, organized people to interview for Service Consultant positions.  As a service consultant, you are the face of Diamond Honda's Service Department. We are looking for people who are invested in providing an OUTSTANDING experience for our customers, every time they call or visit. Service Consultants need to have a basic level understanding of vehicles and common automobile problems and maintenance, and should also be:

1. Friendly and Helpful

Making connections and building relationships of trust with our customers leads to satisfied customers and repeat business.  Customers should feel confident that you care about their car and their time.

2. Highly Organized

You need to be able to keep tabs on many customers, their cars, and their repairs each day. This means checking voicemail and email frequently, checking in with repair techs for updates, and more.

3. Phone Skills and Verbal Communication Skills

You should be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and diligently keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle.  Similarly, you are quick to let them know if repairs will take longer or cost more than originally estimated (and why).

4.  Written Communication Skills

You need to be able to take down customer information quickly and accurately.  With regards to repairs and estimates: You thoroughly document the facts and don't interpret them.
